By continuing to request an appointment, you acknowledge, understand and agree to these terms:

You agree to keep the following information private and confidential:

• The location of private studio
• The address and directions to the studio
• Information regarding the salon closure or transition

This information may not be shared, posted online, discussed publicly, or given to any third party without permission.

Violation of this agreement will result in refusal of future services and cancellation of any existing or future appointments.

If your appointment is accepted, the location will be sent to you 24 hours before your session.

By requesting a service, you understand that the session is not valid until the provider "accepts" the appointment
We reserve the right to refuse service without notice
You are responsible for contacting the provider at least 24 hours prior to appointment to make adjustments such as rescheduling or changing type of service
At check out, you will be charged accordingly for what is booked and/or additional services provided
Automatic $20 late fee will be added at checkout
Nail repairs are to be booked online under "Additional Services"
